Happy Holidays!

After another tough year we are trying our best to stay positive going into the Christmas break. While it hasn’t been an easy time, for the most part, things have got better. Businesses have opened back up and job growth has been strong. Just before writing this, we got word that Canada added 153,700 jobs in November1. This absolutely shattered the expectations of 37,500 new jobs.

There have been things to be happy about, but we know a lot of you have been sick or have even lost loved ones in 2021. We have heard from clients and friends in health care, and we can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for us. You have had to go through so much over the last two years and we are beyond grateful for your service. We also feel for those who have struggled to find good work throughout the pandemic or have struggled to keep their businesses going. Two difficult years in a row has been very hard on so many.

We wish you all the best going into the Holidays and into the New Year. Natalie and I always try to get a lot of downtime in with our girls around this time of the year. This year, we’ll be out of the office from December 18th to January 6th. Feel free to reach out to us before then or we’ll see you in 2022!

Have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
